Quality Assurance

ELFS combines best practice shared services solution design with its knowledge of the complexities in the NHS.

We always aim to deliver a suite of services tailored to the clients need. Client service requirements can be individually selected from the ELFS services menu. A summary of the key services included in the Service Level Agreements and how to access the Framework are listed below.

The ELFS Shared Services Quality Assurance function performs a range of activities to promote best practice and improve service delivery to both external clients and internal business functions.  The activities are based on continually monitoring and reviewing processes and procedures

Key elements of the service include:
  • Perform monthly checks on payroll, travel expenses and invoice payments to ensure correct process are followed
  • Production of monthly quality report to client organisations
  • The promotion of best practice in the procure to pay process via  the delivery of quality workshops
  • Close working relationships with client procurement teams.
