Customer account maintenance & Invoice production
Customer account information is centralised providing easy access to the records of all customers, while ensuring their accuracy through regular reporting and maintenance.
Data is an extremely valuable asset, and having complete, accurate and comprehensive data is vital in debt recovery. User friendly invoice templates are available to ensure we are able to provide a rapid, accurate and efficient invoice raising process. We generate all requests within two working days of receipt and distribute via email, tradeshift or post.
A dedicated member of the team will be assigned to each client to chase, recover and monitor all debt. All invoices are chased on the day they fall due alongside the issue of reminder letters/statements. All communications are recorded centrally. Payment methods are clearly indicated on all invoices providing simple solutions for the customer to make payment of their invoice. Our team are contactable and offer a personable debt recovery service. Daily and monthly dashboards provide the client with up-to-date information for each individual invoice.
Debt Recovery Agencies
ELFS will monitor, maintain and update all accounts that have been referred to Debt Recovery Agencies, providing a comprehensive administrative service.
Agreement of Receivables/Income and Accruals Processing
Accounts Receivable prepare and issue both Receivables and Income statements and co-ordinate with counterparties working in line with the Department of Health timetable. We will record and relay any dispute information to our client and provide a completed summary after the final response deadline. We will raise invoices of accrued income as instructed during the M12 exercise and issue accrual statements, then updating the summary once again with the accrual information to provide a full account of actual and accrual detail to our client.
The posting of debtor’s income is actioned daily to ensure all debts have a current position recorded in their accounts.
Our Dashboard provides a suite of reports on a daily and monthly basis, producing monthly KPI data and up to date Aged Debt information. The daily report provides the status of each invoice enabling the client to review the current position of a debt at any point in time.
