ELFS combines best practice shared services solution design with its knowledge of the complexities in the NHS.

We always aim to deliver a suite of services tailored to the clients need. Client service requirements can be individually selected from the ELFS services menu. A summary of the key services included in the Service Level Agreements and how to access the Framework are listed below.

Our comprehensive debt management service brings together forward thinking technology and best practice with a dedicated team of experienced credit controllers with the aim of bringing about significant reductions in our clients aged debt. Input of client invoice and credit note requests

Through the use of simple and easy to use invoice/credit templates we are able to provide a quick, accurate and efficient raising process. We generate all requests within two working day and distribute via email, fax or post.


Customer Setups and Maintenance

Keeping up to date customer records is key to recovering monies owed in a timely manner. Our network and up to date reporting tool allow us to keep customer accounts streamlined and accurate.


Credit Control

Each client is allocated dedicated team member(s) who will monitor, chase and recover overdue debt. We will exhaust all avenues in order to recover outstanding debt and bring about significant reductions in aged debt in order to maximise cash availability for our clients.

All of our officers are easily contactable and our personal service leads to the effective resolution of queries and disputes that often hold up payments. Our daily and monthly client dashboards provide our clients with up to date information regarding the recovery of each individual invoice.


Visa Terminals

We have the capacity to setup online/physical Visa terminals in order to take payments for outstanding sales invoices. This helps take the strain off cash offices based at our client organisations.


Debt Recovery Agencies

We monitor, maintain and update all accounts that have been referred to Debt Recovery Agencies.


Agreement of Balances and Accruals Processing

We prepare and issue AOB statements in line with the Department of Health’s Timetable. We work on resolving any disputes that arise alongside our client and issue a completed summary once the deadline for responses has passed. We will raise invoices for accrued income as instructed by the Client at the M12 AOB exercise, issue accrual income statements and once again provide a completed summary to our client.



Our user friendly, easy to use dashboards provide our clients with up to date daily, monthly and yearly data that can be used for reporting and analysis. The dashboard provides monthly KPI reporting as well as daily invoice status information.
