ELFS combines best practice shared services solution design with its knowledge of the complexities in the NHS.

We always aim to deliver a suite of services tailored to the clients need. Client service requirements can be individually selected from the ELFS services menu. A summary of the key services included in the Service Level Agreements and how to access the Framework are listed below.

ELFS Shared Services were awarded the Transactional finance and Accountancy Services Framework in 2014.  The framework allows NHS organisations to procure services in a timely and legally compliant manner.

ELFS Shared Services were awarded the Payroll and  Pensions Services Framework in 2015.  The framework is designed to offer a simplified approach to the provision of payroll and pension services and to deliver risk free pricing models for high quality services.
